(1) Vendor needs to provide garage parking management service to the government authority located in Charlotte, NC. • Secure a qualified parking garage management firm to provide full–service oversight of the parking deck, including daily operations, access control, parking administration, revenue collection and reporting, customer service, enforcement support, maintenance coordination, incident response, and stakeholder communication.• Provide daily operational oversight of the parking deck, including regular monitoring of deck activity, access conditions, entry and exit flow, visitor and transient parking activity, monthly parking administration, and general operational issues that may affect service levels, safety, revenue, or customer experience• Accurate revenue collection, reconciliation, documentation, and reporting for all applicable parking activity• Customer service and stakeholder communication: provide professional customer service to parking users and shall communicate clearly and respectfully with city and county stakeholders. Respond to routine parking questions, access issues, payment concerns, visitor parking needs, and operational complaints in a timely and professional manner.• Maintain accurate and organized records related to parking activity, access, revenue, incidents, enforcement, maintenance coordination, customer complaints, validations, and other operational matters.• Manage transient, visitor, and monthly parking activity, including customer support, payment coordination, access questions, validations where applicable, and communication regarding parking procedures(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 7, 2026.
