(1) Vendor needs to provide developer partner services to the government authority located in Fayetteville, AR.• Increasing the number of families that are served• Improving the quality of life of existing and future tenants• Implementing a sustainable operating platform• Minimizing or eliminating off–site relocation of existing residents through effectivedevelopment, planning and scheduling redevelopment of the Redevelopment Plan• Incorporating modern amenities and site–specific cohesive design, with an explicitemphasis on site improvement strategies that address and mitigate existing water retentionand drainage constraints• Integrating mixed–use developments and mixed–income housing where feasible andbeneficial to the surrounding neighborhood, while expanding housing options to includemixed–income and workforce housing• Promoting safety and defensible space• Maximizing green spaces and accessible connections–pedestrian and vehicular–within andbetween the Sites and the surrounding neighborhood(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
