(1) Vendor needs to provide technical assistance consultant service for health care interpreter program to the government authority located in OR. – Provide a Health Care Interpreter (HCI) program technical assistance consultant to provide consultation to the health care interpreter program on a variety of topics. – Provide technical assistance activities with HCIs, language service companies, health care providers, and licensing boards, develop reports on HCI program evaluation, potential program improvements, recommended agency administrative rules updates and related actions, language service company’s webinars and other related HCI program supports.• Evaluate HCI agency administrative rules for current requirements for health care providers, interpreting service companies, and coordinated care organizations and recommend strategies for developing, coordinating and implementing any needed agency administrative rules changes.• Provide subject matter expertise to develop and administer a health care interpreter recruitment and retention program.• Develop and maintain collaboration with agency partners via webinar series• Develop and distribute a survey for licensing boards and provide analysis.• Develop standard processes to identify and document updated rules on revocation and suspensions and for other related rule changes.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
