(1) Vendor needs to provide national talent buyer and show production services. – Provide talent booking, entertainment procurement, contract administration, negotiation, coordination, and related support services.– Work within the entertainment budget established by the fair and expo director.– Provide consultation, a diverse selection of artist options, and develop an approved talent plan including projections of budget and program considerations with regard to audience appeal, potential and appropriateness to the county fair and rodeo and if applicable any other show produce by agency during other times of the year.– Arrange for production services, including: on–site representation to manage concerts;– Consult, coordinate, and conduct meetings with staff as needed and required(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
