(1) Vendor needs to provide licensed, uniformed, unarmed guard service to the government authority located in Garden City, NY.– Areas of responsibility are to include the protection of buildings, grounds, appurtenances and occupants against:a. Fireb. Vandalismc. Theftd. Trespasse. Burglaries – unlawful entryf. Bodily harm– Maintains security log and prepares daily and periodic reports.– Coordinates all special events and ensures that adequate fire watch and police details are in attendance.– Alerts outside police agencies and advises school administration on specific problems, when necessary.– Assists in the design, installation management, and general administration of security systems, including video surveillance, cards access, video intercom, and visitor management systems.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
