(1) Vendor needs to provide construction professional services to the government authority located in Perry, GA.1. Project planning:– Participate and assist in planning meetings.– Provide estimates at the construction document phase and an estimated monthly construction payment schedule to assist the owner with financial budgets.2. Bidding and awarding:– Separate construction work into appropriate bid packages for each project. Provide incentives for subcontractors in the event they are awarded bid packages for multiple projects.– Submit bid packages to the owner for review before issuing to bidders. Be advised that the owner reserves the right to modify bid requirements for subcontractors, including insurance, bonding, lien waivers, etc.3. Construction phase:– Management staff for construction manager to include a project manager and a minimum of one on–site superintendent.(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on October 19, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
