(1) Vendor needs to provide contractor payments process improvement and automation program service to the government authority located in New York. • Contractor payments process improvement and automation program project to test and evaluate the feasibility of an approach to making contractor payments in a timely fashion, from bureau review to audit to payment, without resorting to increasing headcount, as invoices submitted to increases year on year.• Project will allow for the agency to test and evaluate ai review capability processing approximately 2,400 invoices annually across capital and expense categories; a Realtime cashflow and encumbrance dashboard; structured subcontractor approval workflow replacing manual email and spreadsheet coordination; and forward–deployed engineering support, ongoing agent training, and full platform management.(2) This is a brief information; Main RFP Document is not available on our website.
