(1) Vendor needs to provide Microtransit services to the government authority located in White Plains, NY. – Provide pilot program to develop deploy, and operate a Microtransit service in the Peekskill service area.– Develop operational, outreach, and metric tracking plans, and provide a turnkey, fully electric, on demand, app–based, shared–ride microtransit system.– Provides on–demand service in selected microtransit zones that better matches vehicle size to demand than traditional fixed–route transit, while still encouraging shared rides and minimizing single–occupant trips.– Provides an integrated experience for bee–line passengers that provides transit coverage where and when fixed–route bus service is inefficient or not viable.– Offers a user–friendly interface that is easy to use and accessible for all customers.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
