(1) Vendor needs to provide kiosk hosting and support services.– Provide ongoing support, maintenance, hosting, subscription management, and technical services for the digital signage and kiosk applications. – Provide technical support and troubleshooting for personnel using the digital signage and kiosk content management system (CMS).– Perform routine software maintenance, security updates, and application support to ensure reliable system performance.– Maintain and administer all required third–party subscription services necessary for application operation, including web hosting, Weglot language translation services, MapBox mapping services, and Google Places API services.– Monitor system performance and respond to technical issues to minimize service interruptions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24,2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
