(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide knowledge platform.• Technical approach & system design, including data integration across multiple platforms and tools, real–time updates, and ability to increase functionality over time; • Stakeholder engagement & collaboration, which are foundational aspects of the justice infrastructure project; • Sustainability & maintenance, including the planning to support future investments and governance of the project • Launch approach, including testing, implementing, and scaling, tracking technical and user–based metrics; and • Adaptive management, system maintenance, and sustainability, supporting the path toward future functions, resources, and investments. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
