CR-1700 - USA (Sioux Falls, South Dakota) - Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services - Deadline August 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide grand jury and deposition court reporting services to the government authority located in Sioux Falls, SD. – Contact before the grand jury session that another court reporter will be providing the court reporting services.– The videographer can also ensure that the deponent remains in full screen during the deposition, pause the recording for off–the record discussions, and may add timestamps and transcript syncing to the final product.– Separate from the role of the court reporter, a videographer is required to manage the live video streaming and record the video.– Remote depositions use a variety of tools, including to video conference calls, audio conferences, and software–based communication tools.– A court reporting firm's remote deposition application or software, but instead must participate via a web–based link.– The court reporter should be the meeting host and send links to all parties. – The court reporter will also swear in the witness and control the proceeding.– Upon request, provide synchronized video with the transcript.– Different court reporting agencies provide different options for remote depositions.– Remote depositions can be conducted.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
