This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for the construction phase of the Plug-In Partnership. The City is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to install a combination of Level 2 and DC Fast Chargers (DCFC) at twelve (12) key locations for public use at designated site location across the City.</p>",
