(1) Vendor needs to provide mortgage style legal foreclosure services to the government authority located in Greensboro, NC.– Completion of mortgage–style foreclosure cases for delinquent tax accounts, including preparation and filing of legal documents, court representation, foreclosure judgments, and execution of foreclosure sales, along with status reporting to the County. – To ensure consistent, timely and legally compliant collection of delinquent property taxes; reduce backlog of unpaid accounts; and support stable revenue for County and municipal services. – Successful and timely completion of foreclosure cases, increased collection of Delinquent taxes, compliance with legal requirements, effective communication with the County, and adherence to agreed timelines and reporting standards.(2) A non–mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 21, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
