Vendor needs to provide cyber support services to the government authority located in Dahlgren, VA.• The contractor shall provide cybersecurity system engineering, hardware, firmware, and software support for various programs and networks to include developmental, testing, and operational environments.• The contractor shall work with project managers to develop the scope and schedule of cybersecurity efforts; incorporate costs of cybersecurity integration into budgets and schedules; and report progress, risk mitigations, and other reports, as required.• Contractor shall conduct technical planning and systems engineering to ensure the design and implementation of hardware, firmware, OSs, and software applications address cybersecurity requirements, prior to connecting or a lab or network or delivering and integrating with Fleet and land–based platforms.• The contractor shall assist in the design, development, and cybersecurity of platform and computing environments by mapping requirements to architecture, documenting system policies and plans, and generating platform baselines from a functional perspective.• The contractor shall track system updates and ensure cybersecurity assessments and vulnerability scans are performed on schedule and assess and authorize packages are submitted in a timely manner.• The contractor shall provide support in the production, deployment, and sustainment of systems by developing strategies for assessing and rectifying cybersecurity deficiencies, whether they are design–related or emergent due to an adaptive threat.• The contractor shall conduct automated assessments to include system generated audit reports or use software to monitor and report changes to files and settings on host computers, servers, network routers, and switches.• The contractor shall research, interpret, recommend, and establish security technologies including zero trust architecture, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to assist with the development and deployment of secure systems.
