(1) Vendor needs to provide voting systems transportation services to the government authority located in Kingston, NY.– The amounts for each of the elections may vary, however will be indicated on the delivery schedule prior to each election.– The list of school supplies will be less due to the fewer number of Poll Sites for the school district elections.– Total equipment to be moved:– 83–125 hart verity scan carts.– 86 Hart Verity touch writers.– 86 Printer boxes.– 500 Privacy booths.– 7 Portable cabinets.– 350 stanchions.– 17 Stanchion signs.– 58 Boxes of district table.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
