(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial service and maintenance supplies to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA. –  Empty all receptacles and replace liners.– Empty all recycling at desk.– Vacuum all carpeted areas, entrance mats and runners.– Dust mop and sweep all floors.– Spot mop all office floors.– Spot wipe all furniture.– Disinfect all telephones.– Wet mop all floors.– Wipe counter areas and clean sinks in break areas.– High and low dust with treated cloth.– Police outside walk way– Sweep outside walk way.– Empty and wipe exterior of waste receptacle.– Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals and sinks.– Clean mirrors.– Clean and disinfect floors.– Polish bright work on sinks and flush meters.– Spot clean walls and stall partitions.– Remove fingerprints from doors and door frames.– Clean ceiling vents.– Scrub all floors and showers.– Clean and replenish lavatory dispensers.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026.
