(1) Vendor needs to provide sports league and special event photography services.– Team/Individual Sports Photography Packages — sports photography services offered directly to participating families/parents on a fee–for–service basis.– Department/Event Photography Services — photography services for City/Department–sponsored special events for which the Department will pay.– Trained photographic staff cover all scheduled sports leagues picture days and Department events without service disruption.– All photography equipment must be professional–grade (cameras, professional lenses, lighting equipment, etc.).– Independently manage all order–taking, payment processing (including acceptance of major credit cards and online payment options), product fulfilment, and customer service related to parent/guardian purchases.– Provide an online ordering portal accessible to parents, allowing for the viewing, ordering, and reordering of photos following each event/season.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
