(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Clearwater, FL.– Provide pre–construction and construction services for an approximately 8,000‑square‑foot addition.– Pre‑construction services:• Cost estimating• Constructability review• Value engineering• Site logistics planning• Schedule development– Construction services:• Construction management and supervision• Schedule management• Maintain and update the construction schedule, ensuring timely completion.• Safety management• Implement and enforce a comprehensive safety plan.• Coordination with library operations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21,2026.(3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
