Description

Upphandlingen avser en webb- och appbaserad friskvårdsportal för administration och nyttjande av friskvårdsbidrag för Nässjö & Sävsjö kommuns anställda. Tjänsten ska hantera hela kedjan från medarbetarens köp hos anslutna aktörer till digital kvittohantering för icke-anslutna aktörer, med direkt saldoreglering och utbetalning till medarbetaren. Portalen ska stödja BankID/SSO-inloggning, vara tillgänglig på svenska för både iOS och Android, och erbjuda ett brett och inkluderande friskvårdsutbud – inklusive minst 15 lokala aktörer vid avtalsstart. Leverantören ansvarar även för löpande administration av medarbetaruppgifter via automatiserad filöverföring, kvalitetskontroll av anslutna aktörer, avidentifierad statistik, support på svenska samt ett kommunikationspaket vid införandet. Driftsättning planeras till 1 januari 2027.
