CONS-22189 - USA (Chicago, Illinois) - Office Remodel Service - Deadline August 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide office remodel service to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.– Provide pre–construction services throughout the design phases and, upon completion of the design, provide agency with a Guaranteed Maximum Price, and subsequently deliver the project through construction completion.– The CMaR will be responsible from design through construction completion to ensure the office renovations are properly coordinated, sequenced, and phased. – Interface with the agency and the Designer during the Preconstruction Phase of the project. The CMAR Contractor will be part of the team that reviews the plans for constructability and provides input on the sequence of construction. – Identify potential risks that can influence cost and schedule.– Provide a value engineering solution to optimize project schedule, reduce costs, and not impact the quality.– Reconcile project quantities and develop a construction. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for seven years. (4) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2026.
