Specific work is shown on the drawings and in the specifications and includes but is not limited to demolition, installation of new acoustic ceiling tiles throughout the dormitory, new doors, new LED lighting throughout the dormitory, installation of new mechanical equipment for heating/cooling/conditioning, new plumbing<br>lines and fixtures, new painting and interior finishes.</p><p><br>Work in the Men&rsquo;s dormitory (Add Alternate) to include converting the existing recreation room into an apartment, complete with living/dining room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and utility closet.
