(1) Vendor needs to provide theatre and dance ticketing system.                           – Rich online ticket sales experience including branded home page, print–at–home tickets, and ease of use to drive online sales.– Concessions software– Fully integrated online sales of tickets with real–time system–wide updating.– Customizable ticket layouts for Mobile and Print at Home tickets– Fully functional ticket transfer feature    – Web–based ticketing system that can support multiple users in the system simultaneously from multiple computers/logon stations– Self–scanning devices available for purchase or rental through company– Full–service Call Center open almost every day of the year with live agent– AI chatbot feature on ticketing pages to answer questions 24/7– 24/7 Client Support– Support for adding tracking pixels through Google Analytics– Accept multiple payments within same transaction.    – Customer accounts can be searched by multiple methods– Email capabilities for event alerts and reminders, suggested events, sending of sales receipts and tickets, etc.– Leverage ticketing software to improve customer service and fan experience, maintain accurate records for audit support, encourage efficiency in ticket office operations, and effectively market performing arts events to increase performing arts ticket revenues.– Support online sales of multiple season and event tickets including mini–plans and flexible ticket packages.– Ability for customer to log–in to one account to view and purchase tickets, make and manage donations, manage contact info, etc.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.
