Lancaster County Fleet Operations/Voter Registration Facility Architectural Services

Lancaster County is requesting professional services from qualified consultants to provide architectural and engineering design for renovations to a joint Fleet Services/Voter Registration Facility to be located at 2001 Charlotte Highway, Lancaster, SC 29720. The existing building is a former auto dealership and must be renovated and rehabilitated to become the new home of Lancaster County Fleet Services and Voter Registration Departments. The consultant selected may be asked to provide any or all the following services for this project: preliminary design, site plan, building plans, cost estimate, bidding documents, bidding administration, construction administration, and inspection.
