Vendor needs to provide environmental training operations support services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA.– Provide comprehensive operational and environmental support for fleet training range complexes and operations while meeting requirements and adhering to governmental environmental laws, acts, statutes, and policies.– Program coordination.– Range complex support team (RCST).– Range complex sustainment coordinator.– Information management (IM) support.– Conducting analyses, developing common risk mitigation strategies, and providing recommended solutions to support environmental readiness and resource stewardship initiatives and to strengthen fleet compliance with environmental compliance laws, statutes, and directives.– Managing, monitoring, and tracking implementation of environmental requirements associatedwith formally approved range activities.– Assisting and range managers to define range complex data requirements; develop plans and collect, store, manage, and maintain data.– Assisting the development and management of overarching Navy–wide operational training and testing information management systems and applications that incorporate various information technology (IT) components and capabilities, i.e., GIS map–making and analysis; database; project management and collaboration; document production, review and commenting, publishing, updating, and repository, report creation and links to sources.
