DRA-11135 - USA (Austin, Texas) - Helicopter Mule Deer Surveys Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide helicopter mule deer surveys services to the government authority located in Austin, TX.– Conduct surveys by flying randomly generated geo–referenced transects throughout a mule deer monitoring unit.– Flights shall be during the hours of sunrise to 11:00 am and the last three hours of daylight.– Survey flight speed shall be thirty–five to fifty–five miles per hour, depending on terrain ruggedness, canopy cover of vegetation, and weather conditions.– Mule deer aerial survey shall require approximately four to six daylight flying hours for an estimated total of one hundred seventy flight hours.– Survey flights will originate and terminate at the base of operation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
