(1) Vendor needs to provide Octave video management software to maintain functionality of its existing cameras while having the ability to expand the use of this technology as additional needs are identified.– Contractor will provide new camera licenses as needed with yearly renewal options.– Contractor will install the software onto cameras as needed.– Contractor will assist County with the programming system.– Contractor will test and commission the system.– Contractor will provide 24 hour, 7 days a week service and customer support(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on September 8, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
