CLEANING-13520 - USA (Florida) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Florida.– Sweep and mop first floor visitor use area at least daily or as needed. Empty all trash within the visitor use area daily, by end of business.–Wipe down/dust all exhibits in the visitor use area which includes clean surfaces with furniture polish, disinfectant wipes or window cleaner. Clean Plexiglas surfaces with tap water and towels on a weekly basis.–Sweep all cobwebs, dead bugs, etc. from all surfaces around the visitor use area; sweep exterior stairs, and access ramps weekly. all areas must look presentable to the public.–Exterior light fixtures must be free of debris.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 26th, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28th, 2026.
