(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based Medicaid clinical data exchange solution. – Provide Medicaid Clinical Data Exchange (MCDE) solution selection and implementation, the department of health and human services.– Technology solution to capture bed status and available capacity in near real time.– Services of an implementation vendor to onboard facilities, troubleshoot issues with onboarding and facility capacity to send events, and deploy the technology solution supporting the requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
