(1) Vendor needs to provide site assessment services to the government authority located in NC.– Critical load site identification and prioritization:– Identify candidate sites and critical loads, with emphasis placed on those requiring 24/7 connectivity for early warning systems and data transmission.– Geographical and visual maps generated for candidate sites. – Baseline field assessment and screening:– Existing power supply, generation capacity, load profiles – Site accessibility and logistics for deployment – Technical energy resource assessment:– Assess and determine which solution package best fits final deployment site.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
