The work in general consists of placing and/or replacing drain culverts and storm drains, placing curb, gutter, and sidewalk, hot mix asphalt overlay, pulverizing existing roadway, the placement of pavement striping along 11th. Avenue from Olivehurst Avenue to Powerline Road. Other such items or details not mentioned above that are required by the plans, Standard Specifications, or these Special Provisions, and as directed by the Engineer, shall be performed, placed, constructed or installed.
