ACCT-26138 - USA (Denver, Colorado) - Financial Advisory Services - Deadline August 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisory services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.      – Analyze the financial soundness of proposed programs through the preparation of cash flow and other financial estimates based on assumptions relating to interest rates, servicing fees, timing of bond and note repayment schedules, arbitrage calculations and compliance, investment of funds, debt service schedules, etc.   – Providing advice and assistance on financing alternatives and structures including, public–private partnerships.– Assistance with evaluation, risk analysis, and implementation of short–term and long–term financing options available.– Assist and participate in presentations to, and negotiations with, financial institutions, developers, governmental entities, and others.– Advise the chief financial officer with respect to creating and maintaining a debt management policy, recommending changes when appropriate.– Aiding in preparing financial analyses, including funding capabilities, of potential revenue generating projects.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
