(1) Vendor needs to provide professional civil engineering services to the government authority located in Casselberry, FL.• Provide professional design services specifically for continuing professional civil engineering services on an as–needed, when–needed basis.• Include planning, studies, design, permitting, bidding assistance, construction–phase services, construction engineering inspection (CEI), and related professional services for City–owned or City–managed public infrastructure and facilities.• Develop a comprehensive new Stormwater and Lakes Management Master Plan, including the supporting inventory, modeling, water–quality, capital–programming, funding, and implementation work described in this solicitation.• Authorize individual stormwater, lakes management, drainage, roadway, site/civil, resilience, and other general civil engineering assignments as needed.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
