SS-25-008 Mason Tillman Extension of Term Finalizing DBE Program Goal Setting Study and Overconcentration Analysis

The purpose of this announcement is to express the intent of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (‘JTA’ or ‘Authority’) to award a Sole Source Contract for continuation of prior work conducted by Mason Tillman to complete the Task 7.30 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program goal setting study and overconcentration analysis as further detailed in Scope of Services. The JTA is currently undergoing the goal setting process mandated by the US Department of Transportation (DOT). The final document must be submitted to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) by June 1, 2025. All questions or concerns regarding this Sole Source must be submitted on the JTA OpenGov Procurement Portal https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/jtafla under the “Question and Answer”, tab or contact the Procurement Department at procurement@jtafla.com .
