*REBID LSCC Window Covering Upgrade Project

Removal of existing window drapery and hardware; fabrication and installation of new pinch pleat drapery using City-furnished (customer-owned) materials . Removal of existing window shades and hardware; fabrication and installation of new flat roman shades using City-furnished (customer-owned) materials . Removal of existing door glass window coverings; fabrication and installation of new roller shades using vendor-supplied material . The 25 windows will use customer-owned materials (pinch pleat drapery and roman shades), while the 8 door glass openings will receive vendor-supplied roller shade material. Contractor shall furnish all required mounting hardware, linings, and accessories as specified for drapery, roman shades, and roller shades. All primary fabric materials for drapery and roman shades are owner-provided and do not require contractor procurement. Scope includes all labor, field verification of dimensions, fabrication, installation, adjustment for proper operation, debris removal, and final cleaning. Patch and touch-up paint to match existing finishes.
