(1) Vendor needs to provide active transportation grant programs service to the government authority located in California. • The ATP (Active Transportation Program) encourages increased use of active modes of transportation, such as biking and walking, increase safety and mobility for non–motorized vehicles, and advance active transportation efforts of regional agencies to achieve greenhouse gas reduction goals.• The ATGP provides funding for bike and pedestrian infrastructure improvements, as well as for plans and programs that educate, encourage, and raise awareness of the use of bike and pedestrian facilities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 6. 2026.
