Vendor needs to provide executive assistant services including data entry and administrative services for managing and recording schedules, payroll records, appraisals of employees, and coordinating employee absences with the government for to the government authority located in Offutt, NE.– Knowledge of administrative information management office practices, techniques, procedures, and military protocol guidelines.– Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive, strategic, and personal information with absolute discretion.– Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to provide information clearly.– Serve as the primary point of contact between leadership and external agencies.– Track deadlines, deliverables, and other matters requiring timely completion.– Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.– Prepare, edit, and maintain e–mails, written correspondence, documents, reports, presentations and briefing materials.– Answer phone, email, and in–person inquiries.– Attend meetings and conferences and follow–up/consult with leadership as requested.– Handle sensitive personnel documents in accordance with applicable laws and guidance.– Scan, upload, and maintain electronic records.– Maintain professional partnerships with installation and community agencies
