(1) Vendor needs to provide IT advisory, assessment, verification, validation consulting and research services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.• Provide IT research and advisory subscription services, access to related resource library, spend intelligence databases, vendor risk assessments, consulting services and advisory, validation and verification services that are unbiased, accurate, clear, relevant, timely, and comprehensive.• Provide expert guidance on the existing and potential impact of technological investments.• Produce unbiased market research including leading products and services to achieve ongoing improved efficiency and modernization of technology.• Provide IT business advice, objective IT research, and IT data that is thematic, prescriptive, and executable, and that provides a comprehensive perspective on the rapidly changing IT environment.• Provide on–site workshops, advisory engagements, and conferences on IT related topics.• Be able to provide both online and on–site research / assessment / advisement services.• Provide access to the most current information, research, trends, recommendations and advice on technology and other relevant topics relating to the operations of a public sector organization.• The database should contain articles including white papers, research reports, webinars, bulletins, summaries, and any other IT research–oriented documents published within the last five years.• The database should provide SaaS spend and pricing intelligence databases to assist the State in negotiating software pricing.
