(1) Vendor needs to provide external auditing services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA. – Professional services, to establish a contract for certain auditing and accounting services including an annual audit of the city.– The required services shall include auditing the city's annual comprehensive financial report and single audit among other financial statements, as well as auditing reports that the city presents to the auditor of public accounts.– The city also requires ongoing advice, assistance, and consultation on financial accounting, reporting, and operational issues.– The first engagement period shall begin on the commencement date set forth in the goods and services contract and shall end on march 31st of the following fiscal year.
