The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Western Wyoming Community College (Procuring Agency) will be accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) until 1:00 p.m. MT on November 3, 2026, through the Public Purchase online bidding system from licensed architects/engineers for the Powerline Technology Facility at Western Wyoming Community College in Rock Springs, WY. Project Description: The Western Wyoming Community College High Volt Wireline Program is a proposed new 9,000-square-foot facility at the Rock Springs campus designed to support specialized education and hands-on training for the high-voltage wireline industry. The facility will include classrooms, training rooms, offices, restrooms, utilities, a vehicle bay, and an exterior pole yard, along with a 5,425-square-foot mezzanine for additional program and equipment needs. The project is planned as a pre-engineered metal building with associated interior architectural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, IT, site development, and utility improvements.
