(1) Vendor needs to provide interoperability services to the government authority located in New York.– Making data more accessible, generating new data, and replacing outdated applications with integrated, user–friendly, and accessible systems.– Establish standardized protocols, including deploying data onto a new interoperability platform, connecting with interoperability solutions, and implementing a API for clinical summaries.– Clinical data sections will be converted such as demographic info, flags, care coordination, medications, diagnoses, procedures, encounters, lab services, questionnaire responses, and summaries. Additional steps include developing data ingestion processes from external providers, deploying patient matching, facilitating secure client application registration and validating data efficiently.– Modernize data collection, sharing, and interoperability, enabling prompt responses and efficient data management, and transforming the output data to support clinical decision making, care coordination, and quality improvement throughout state’s mental health system.– Implement the patient matching process using solution.– Responsive, expert–level troubleshooting, incident response, and problem resolution across platforms and programs.– Professional Services acting as an extension of internal teams, helping align architecture, standards interpretation, data strategy, and operational workflows with a unified computable model.– Access to learning management system, helpdesk ticketing system.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
