PHAR-2248 - USA (Fort Worth, Texas) - Pharmacy Services - Deadline November 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy services to the government authority located in Fort Worth, Texas.• Pharmacy services model shall include to, medication management; medication delivery; staff consultations; on–site staffing; remote administrative services; inventory management; utilization review; reporting; customer service; and assistance with administrative tasks related to pharmacy and patient medication management.• Respondent will bill the patient’s pharmacy benefit when the client has Medicaid, Medicare, insurance or other payer, collecting any co–pays or other fees due by the patient, in accordance with patient’s benefit plan.• For eligible patients without a pharmacy benefit, agency shall provide payment.• Third–party insurance who utilize the Pharmacy, Pharmacy will bill the appropriate party, and will interface with community providers and agency providers to maximize the availability of medications to those individuals.• Utilize a quality improvement program which addresses medication dispensing errors and adverse medication reactions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
