EXTRA-75813 - USA (Waterford, Michigan) - Exercise Series Planning and Execution Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide exercise series planning and execution services to the government authority located in Waterford, MI.– Provide planning and execution support for a Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP)–compliant exercise series culminating in a Full–Scale Exercise scheduled.– Assess Reunification, family resource centers, and family assistance centers – Assess information sharing, communications, resource coordination, and situational awareness; – Identify strengths, capability gaps, policy and procedure issues, and resource needs; – Provide opportunities for participating agencies to practice and improve capabilities through a progressive series of exercises; – Use findings from each exercise to inform the design and objectives of subsequent exercises; and – Culminate in a Full–Scale Exercise that validates capabilities and measures progress made throughout the exercise series. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 09, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
