(1) Vendor needs to provide professional liability insurance strategic planning services.– Professional liability risk financing structure (including current captive management structure), and providing actionable recommendations for the future.– Strategic alternatives analysis: Evaluate alternative risk financing structures, including restructuring the existing cayman captive, forming a new single–parent captive onshore, utilizing a risk retention group, or any other viable alternative.– Domicile strategy: Provide a comparative analysis of on–shore versus off–shore captive domiciles, specifically advising on how regulatory environments, capitalization requirements, and tax implications impact.– Existing captive diagnostic: Conduct a comprehensive review of existing offshore captive insurance company, including operational efficiency, current capitalization, and historical claims data.– Actuarial and financial feasibility: Oversee or conduct high–level actuarial modeling to project funding requirements, stress–test adverse loss scenarios, and determine the optimal balance of retained risk versus transferred risk.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
