Vendor needs to provide shuttle vehicle services to the government authority located in Alabama.– Capacity of shuttle: Layout should be as shown on attachment or similar. Seating capacity should be 28–30 to include driver.– Deprecation: equipment may be subject to depreciation. Amortization schedule to be provided by lessor for each vehicle quoted.– Insurance: insurance will be required in accordance with the final drafted lease document.– Invoicing: agency will receive a monthly invoice to include a total of alt vehicles leased for a single monthly payment to be processed. Invoice should identify and breakdown payments for each vehicle leased.
