(1) Vendor needs to provide fare–payment equipment and software to implementation through a complete equipment, software, installation, testing, training, warranty, maintenance, and support solution.– Provide installation for approximately 26 revenue buses, including mounting, wiring, power, communications, configuration, labeling, and related work.– Provide the interfaces and data–exchange capabilities required for the proposed fare–payment solution.– Identify all software licenses, subscriptions, transaction fees, merchant and payment–processing fees, cellular and data costs, and third–party services.– Ensure accessibility, interoperability, cybersecurity, payment–card security, data ownership and export capability, and operational reliability.– Provide mobile ticketing and support for QR and barcode and contactless payment as proposed.– Fare payment technology and equipment integration, installation and support services– Cybersecurity and payment security.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 06, 2026.
