(1) Vendor needs to provide public safety facility progressive design build service to the government authority located in Southwest Ranches, FL. – Provide progressive design–build teams for the turnkey planning, design, permitting, and construction of a new municipal fire station to be referred to as the town’s public safety facility.– Utilize a qualifications–based progressive design–build selection process.(2) Pre–bid mandatory meeting will be held on September 1, 2026.
