Vendor needs to provide senior project manager services to the government authority located in Massachusetts.• Provide technical guidance to content creators on accessible design and best practices to optimize user experience in web–based materials and other digital content.• Test public–facing content in conventional formats (Word, Excel, PDF, PowerPoint) and websites with assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, Talk Back, Voice Over, Adobe Acrobat, PAC) and automated tools (axe, WAVE, World Space) and advise on proper testing protocols.• Provide training to internal teams to support accessible content creation• Conduct Office Hours to support content developers.• Create accessible templates to assist content creators in streamlining their processes.
