RFP #0280-M - OUTREACH MARKETING SERVICES

The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing outreach services for the State of Wyoming,Child Support Program through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on June 30, 2026. The technical proposal and cost proposal should be uploaded as separate documents and identified as such. Questions must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time on, June 8, 2026. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be accepted or considered. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MT due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. It is the bidder/proposer’s responsibility to monitor Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, award information or other additional information related to the solicitation. The Wyoming Procurement Office will not email, report over the phone, fax or mail this information to a bidder or proposer.
