(1) Vendor needs to provide systemwide security services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• Provide armed and unarmed security officers for the protection of persons and property at designated locations twenty–four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, (365) days per year (including all major holidays), unless a facility is deemed closed and secured.• Provide management, supervision, labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to fulfill the professional security officer requirements (both armed and unarmed), thereby assisting the Office of Security and Infrastructure Protection (OSI) in creating and maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees, contractors, visitors, and customers.• Ability to deliver world–class security service, best practice methodology, significant quality and reliability of service with maximum cost efficiencies and efficient payroll and billing processes.• Provide world–class security services with highly trained and certified armed and unarmed security officers as well as an experienced management and supervisory team.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Aug 14, 2026.
