(1) Vendor needs to provide managed hosting services using Drupal based content management system.– Managed Hosting Providers to deliver secure, resilient, scalable, and fully managed hosting services for website, the State enterprise Drupal–based Content Management System (CMS).– Provide a standardized enterprise hosting environment that supports current and future participating agencies, reduces operational fragmentation through a shared service delivery model, and enables consistent governance, security, and operational accountability– The hosting solution must support enterprise Drupal operations, Web Application Firewall (WAF) services for public–facing websites, and an environment capable of meeting obligations.– Provide a secure, stable, and resilient managed hosting environment for the enterprise CMS.– Support the continued growth of the shared platform by enabling the onboarding of additional State agencies.– Meet Web Application Firewall (WAF) and security and compliance requirements.– Maintain effective monitoring, incident response, backup, and recovery capabilities to support platform availability and operational readiness.– Preserve the flexibility to accommodate future product enhancements, platform growth, and evolving business requirements– Hosting Environments: Provide and manage production and non–production hosting environments.– Infrastructure and Product Operations: Provide infrastructure and product operations, environment management, and deployment support.– Monitoring and Operational Readiness: Provide monitoring, alerting, logging, log forwarding, backup and restoration, disaster recovery, and incident response support.– Customer Support: Provide responsive and effective customer support for hosting and WAF services.(2) A non–mandatory conference will be held on October 14, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.(4) Contact period will be for two years.
